    Named Aurelia, the new project by Prateek Group aims to provide budget-friendly homes for EWS and Low Income Group (LIG) families. The starting price for EWS flats is Rs 5.35 lakh, and for LIG families, the price is Rs 12.58 lakh. This affordable pricing is a significant relief for families who have been struggling with the high property prices in NCR. The flats are a part of the larger Prateek Grand City Township, which spans 40 acres in the well-connected locality of Siddharth Vihar.

    Facilities and Amenities

    Despite the low cost, the project offers modern amenities for a comfortable lifestyle. Residents can look forward to a green area for relaxation, a dedicated children’s play area, a multipurpose room, and seating areas for the elderly. The prices of the flats are affordable, but there is also a registration fee: Rs 25,000 for EWS flats and Rs 60,000 for LIG flats.

    Booking Details

    Interested families can start booking their flats from October 3 to November 18, 2024. This 45-day window offers potential homeowners a chance to grab this golden opportunity. Forms for booking can be collected from Prateek Group’s office in Siddharth Vihar, or from HDFC Bank branches located in NCR.
