The Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC), Bihar, has released the admit cards for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) of the Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2024. Candidates who cleared the written exam can now download their PET admit card from the official website: csbc.bihar.gov.in.
Tests and Requirements in Physical Efficiency Test
The PET focuses on evaluating candidates’ physical abilities and includes:
- Running: Candidates must complete a specific distance within a given time.
- Long Jump: Testing agility and strength through measured jumps.
- Shot Put: Assessing arm strength with specified weight throws.
Additionally, male candidates will undergo chest and height measurements, while female candidates’ height and weight will be measured. These measurements must meet the standards mentioned in the recruitment notification.
Important Guidelines for PET
- One-Time Opportunity:
- Candidates must attend the PET on their assigned date. No second chance will be provided for those unable to appear.
- Document Verification on the Same Day:
- Alongside the PET, document verification will also take place.
- Candidates must bring original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies.
- Missing either the PET or document verification will lead to disqualification.

The Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2024 is aimed at filling 21,391 vacancies. The written exam, conducted from 7th to 28th August 2024, saw a total of 11,95,101 candidates participating. Out of these, 1,06,955 candidates have qualified and will now take part in the PET.
